6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of placing the order.

Estimated delivery timelines are:

• Delhi-NCR: 1–2 business days

• Rest of India: 3–5 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Shipping Charges

• Orders of ₹299 and above qualify for free shipping.

• Orders below ₹299 are subject to a flat shipping charge of ₹29.

• COD orders require a ₹29 non-refundable advance shipping fee to confirm the order.

8. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders.

Customers choosing COD must pay a ₹29 advance shipping fee online to confirm the order. The remaining order amount will be payable at the time of delivery.

PurePulseFresh reserves the right to restrict COD availability for certain locations, products, orders, or customers where necessary.

9. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Since PurePulseFresh products are consumable items, returns and refunds are accepted only in eligible circumstances.

Claims may be considered for:

• Damaged products.

• Defective products.

• Wrong products received.

• Products damaged during transit.

Any issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

For verification, customers may be required to provide an unboxing video and clear photographs of the package and product.

Approved replacements are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours after verification.

Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
